CAN Community Health is a multistate nonprofit providing premier testing and treatment options for HIV, Hepatitis C and other sexually transmitted diseases. CAN was established in 1991 and has been and continues to be committed to ending the HIV epidemic by providing the best care through outreach, integrated clinical practice, advocacy, education and research.
